Before You Get In Touch
No. Most of our consultations are conducted by telephone or video call. This allows us to help clients across the UK regardless of location. In-person appointments are available at our Manchester and Leeds offices if you prefer face-to-face meetings.
We aim to respond to all email enquiries within one working day. During busy periods, this may extend to two working days. If your matter is urgent, please mention this in your email subject line.
A brief overview of your situation and what you are hoping to achieve is helpful. You do not need to share detailed personal information in an initial email. We will gather full details during a proper consultation.
We can answer general questions about our services and provide brief guidance on where to start. However, detailed advice about your specific circumstances requires a paid consultation to ensure we give you accurate, considered guidance.
Our offices are open Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 14:00 for consultations. We do not currently offer Sunday appointments. Some weekday evening slots may be available by arrangement.
If you have an urgent deadline, such as a benefit appeal due date, please mention this clearly in your email subject line and we will prioritise your enquiry. For immediate crisis support, Citizens Advice offers free same-day guidance.
Data Protection
All information you share with us is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with UK data protection law. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Qualified Advisors
All consultations are conducted by trained welfare rights advisors with up-to-date knowledge of benefits regulations. We maintain professional standards and hold appropriate insurance.
Response Times
We know that benefits matters can be time-sensitive. We respond to enquiries promptly and prioritise urgent cases involving appeal deadlines or crisis situations.
