Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we offer payment plans for our higher-value services. For the Tribunal Appeal Package, you can pay in two instalments. Please mention this when booking and we will arrange a suitable payment schedule.
Start with the Initial Benefits Assessment, which covers all potential entitlements. If you then need application support for multiple benefits, we offer a 20% discount on additional Application Support Packages booked together.
In exceptional circumstances, we can arrange home visits for clients who cannot travel due to health conditions. This incurs an additional travel fee depending on location. Most clients find telephone or video consultations work well for their needs.
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice will forfeit 50% of the fee. We understand that health conditions can cause last-minute changes and will consider exceptional circumstances.
Benefits advice is not a regulated activity in the UK, but we adhere to professional standards. All advisors complete recognised welfare rights qualifications. We hold professional indemnity insurance and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection.
